MURALI KRISHNAN is Certified NLP Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional and an Engineering graduate, with a keen interest for human Psychology. Based in the Middle East, he has been specializing in the areas of Communication, Leadership, Career orientation, Organization Development, Mentoring, Counseling, and Change Management.

Over the years, he has been instrumental in steering many initiatives for young minds. It is during his tenure as the Gavel Club Mentor in the year 2015-16 that he got the opportunity to interact closely and influencemany young minds. The enthusiasm and the encouraging response to all his social initiatives further fueled his passion to pursue a path in empowering the people around him, especially the young minds.

As the Founder Director @ The Mind Academy, he is full of passion and energy and his love for empowering people around him to live the life of their dreams, is his driving force.

BALASUBRAMANIUM is an Engineer by Profession having 11 years of experience in the Petrochemical domain. As an Academic and an ardent learner of new skill sets, he strongly believes that if the proper methodical approach is adopted, improvement is imminent in all aspects of life. The Best Co-curricular pass out from his department in his alma matter, Bala finds motivation in being part of projects which can add value to fields like coaching for aspiring athletes and fine arts students.

He has helped aspirants to shape their thoughts into frames by being a story consultant in more than one filmography event in the last decade.
